Modern software is essential for demanding toolmaking projects in the automotive industry.
With two Solidworks Premium workstations and one Thinkdesign and Hypercad-S workstation, we can develop our own designs as well as implement our clients’ projects.
We use STEP and IGES standard formats as well as direct interfaces to Catia V4, Catia V5, Pro engineer and Rino to ensure seamless data exchange between the various CAD platforms.
Once the designs are approved, we implement them using our modern equipment, which we program using HyperMILL, the CAM software by Open Mind. This allows us to complete to perfection even the most complex 5-axis construction and milling works.
We specialise in manufacturing clamping systems for milling and grinding units on CNC machines and robots.
We also manufacture gauges and cubing models for workpiece proofing and measuring. The mounting points are built to client specifications. Our in-house engineering department is available for taking over gauge design.
We work Uroel, aluminium and tool steel to produce tools used for manufacturing components in fibre-reinforced composites such as GRP and CFRP. Our range of products includes tools for polyurethane RIM moulding foam and simple casting moulds for synthetic resins.
We develop made-to-order designs for semi or fully automatic gluing and assembly systems. Our integrated process monitoring system helps to streamline workflows and guarantee flawless results. Based on requirements, we can opt for either pneumatic-only control or PLC systems.
